Paid diagnostic service · Paid Financial Clarity Assessment

Move from uncertainty to documented findings and a clear next step.

The free Take Inventory provides a high-level starting point. The Paid Financial Clarity Assessment examines agreed areas of your financial operation using selected documents and conversations, then provides written findings and a results meeting. The assessment may be purchased on its own for $500, or it may be included as the first phase of a consulting engagement. Clients do not pay for the assessment twice.

How the paid assessment differs from the free assessment

The free assessment helps you recognize possible areas of attention. The paid assessment is a defined diagnostic service that includes agreed document review, interviews or leadership conversations, written findings, and a results meeting. It is not the consulting or implementation work that may follow.

Paid assessment fee

The standard fee for a Paid Financial Clarity Assessment is $500 for one organization with an agreed scope. The $500 fee covers the agreed assessment scope and up to approximately four hours of assessment work, not ongoing consulting, bookkeeping corrections, system implementation, audit, tax, legal, or investment services.

What the $500 includes

Document request and review, agreed leadership or finance-team conversations, analysis of the selected areas, written findings, priority recommendations, and a results meeting, within the agreed scope and approximately four hours of work.

When the fee changes

Multi-entity organizations, multiple locations, extensive records, additional interviews, unusually complex systems, or work beyond the agreed scope may require a separate written quote before work begins.

When consulting is purchased

The assessment is included as the first phase of the consulting engagement. The consulting proposal will show the full scope, deliverables, timeline, and total fee so there is no duplicate assessment charge.

The $500 fee applies when the assessment is purchased as a standalone service for one organization with an agreed scope and up to approximately four hours of work. Additional approved work is billed at $125 per hour only after the client approves it in writing. When consulting is purchased, the detailed assessment is included as the first phase of that engagement and is not charged separately.
